This study will test the potential of antifungal compounds derived from the cell-free filtrate (CFF) of ScV9 frog skin bacteria as a biocontrol agent in inhibiting the growth of Colletotrichum sp. in vitro and in vivo. The CFF of ScV9 bacteria with 2\%, 4\% and 6\% concentration were tested in vitro through several tests, namely mycelial inhibition test and conidia germination test. CFF ScV9 with 6\% concentration showed the highest antifungal activity in inhibiting mycelial growth and conidia germination of 47 mg and 28.4\%, respectively. Meanwhile, in vivo tests on chili fruits and seeds, 6\% concentration of CFF ScV9 significantly reduced disease incidence and severity by 16.6\% and 8.5\% compared to commercial fungicides. Therefore, CFF ScV9 can be developed as a promising biocontrol agent.} }
