%X This study aims to: 1) determine the development of interactive E-LKPD learning  media wizer.me based on the 5E learning cycle on pteridophyta material for  students in class X of high school/MA. 2) to determine the quality of the interactive  E-LKPD wizer.me based on the 5E learning cycle on pteridophyta material for  students in class X SMA/MA after validation by experts. 3) to find out the students'  response to the interactive E-LKPD wizer.me based on the 5E learning cycle on  pteridophyta material for students in class X SMA/MA. This type of research is R&D  (Research and Development) research using the 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and  Disseminate) development model. However, this research only reached the Develop  stage. The quality test was carried out by filling out a quality assessment  questionnaire instrument by 1 media expert, 1 material expert, 5 peer reviewers, 1  biology teacher. The student response test was carried out by filling out a  questionnaire instrument for assessing student responses by 15 students in class X  of SMA Colombo Sleman. The data obtained were then analyzed in a qualitative  and quantitative descriptive manner. The results of the interactive E-LKPD  assessment wizer.me based on the 5E learning cycle by media experts received an  ideality percentage of 99.16% with the very good category, material experts 96.82%  with the very good category, peer reviewers 93.76% with the very good category,  biology teachers 99.2% with the very good category. The students' response  received an ideality percentage of 84.08% with the category of strongly agreeing.  Thus, it can be concluded that the development of interactive E-LKPD wizer.me  based on the 5E learning cycle on pteridophyta material for students in class X of  high school/MA has been successfully carried out and the results of the quality test  and student response to E-LKPD have a very good interpretation category and are  suitable for use as teaching materials for students in class X of high school/MA.
