In its implementation, supply chain management still encounters several challenges and obstacles, one of which is the Bullwhip Effect phenomenon that can result in the company experiencing understock or overstock in its production process. One of the companies experiencing this issue is CV Agro Sukses Abadi. This research aims to determine the supply chain management strategies that the company should implement to reduce the Bullwhip Effect and optimize inventory based on the application of the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment method. (CPFR). From the research results, the forecasting method chosen for each type of rice is the Linear Regression method, which has the smallest MAPE value compared to other methods. Meanwhile, inventory control is carried out by determining the Safety Stock value for each month, which is 40 kg for Amandia rice, 23 kg for Harum Susu rice, and 27 kg for Merah rice. Additionally, the Reorder Point value was determined, resulting in 500 kg for Amandia rice, 181 kg for Harum Susu rice, and 157 kg for Merah rice. The Bullwhip Effect value for Amandia rice decreased from 1.0731 to 0.6293; Harum Susu rice decreased from 1.0821 to 0.8187; and Merah rice decreased from 1.1439 to 0.5023. These results indicate that by implementing CPFR, the occurrence of the Bullwhip Effect phenomenon in the company can be reduced.
