This disaster claimed the lives of 2 people and many residents' houses were destroyed and flattened to the ground. The research was conducted in the landslide area with the aim of analyzing the lithology in the landslide area based on the subsurface resistivity value. Electrical data collection using the Dipole-Dipole configuration geoelectric method was carried out on 4 tracks, namely two tracks from the East-West direction with a length of 160 meters and 200 meters, and two tracks from the South-North direction with a length of 180 meters and 160 meters. The four measurement trajectories are in the Semishir Formation. The results of data acquisition obtained the potential difference value (V) and current (I) then the data was calculated to produce the value of resistance (R) and apparent resistivity (?). The next processing process is carried out using Res2Dinv software. The 2-dimensional results from Res2Dinv show an error value of 14.1% to 29.9%. The results of the study showed that the lithology that constituted the landslide area was in the form of soil, clay and andesite rocks. Soil has a resistivity value of 2.32 ?m to 6.69 ?m, clay has a resistivity value of 6.69 ?m to 160 ?m, and andesite rocks have a resistivity value of more than 160 ?m.
