This study aims to analyze the distribution of magnetic field anomaly values, analyze subsurface lithology, and analyze the types of local faults in Dlepih Village. Data acquisition in this study was 43 data using the Proton Precession Magnetometer (PPM) in the Nglanggran Formation and Semilir Formation. Field data processing in the form of total magnetic fields through several stages, namely daily variation correction, IGRF correction, reduction to the poles, and upward continuation. The results of the study showed magnetic field anomaly values ranging from -177.8 to 92.2 nT with a distribution pattern of high magnetic field anomaly values dominated by the Nglanggran Formation while low magnetic field anomaly values dominated by the Semilir Formation. In the 2D section model, it interprets the subsurface conditions in the research area consisting of topsoil with a susceptibility value of 0.001 x 10-3, weathered sandstone with a susceptibility value of 0.09 x 10-3, and sandstone with a susceptibility value of 0.3 x 10-3. The results of the fault line analysis in the cross section show the existence of a geological structure identified as a fault line with an orientation of N 107o S.
