However, implementing 5G in Indonesia, particularly on Java Island, still faces challenges in terms of uneven Network distribution and disparities in purchasing power and accessibility between urban and rural areas. This study analyzes the factors influencing consumer acceptance of 5G services on Java Island using the Theory of Consumption Values (TCV) and Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) frameworks. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, utilizing primary data and partial least squares (PLS) analysis techniques. The results indicate that Safety Affordability and Facilitation Conditions significantly influence consumption values, while Visibility Affordability and Guidance Affordability do not. This research contributes to a better understanding of effective 5G implementation in Indonesia by addressing community needs, particularly in urban and rural areas.
