%X In Islamic teachings, marriage is not just an outward bond between two individuals, but a great responsibility that is carried by husband and wife. Islamic law clearly regulates the rights and obligations of each partner in order to realize balance and harmony in the household. However, in some cases, such as early marriage caused by pregnancy outside of marriage or what is known as married by accident, the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of husband and wife often does not go as it should.  The problems studied in this study include: (1) How is the fulfillment of the rights and obligations of husband and wife in early marriage due to married by accident in the film “Dua Hati Biru”, (2) How is the maqashid al-syari`ah analysis of the fulfillment of rights and obligations in early marriage due to married by accident in the film “Dua Hati Biru”. This research is a descriptive analytical library research. Data collection techniques are observation, library study, and documentation. The approach used is a normative approach, namely with the nash and Islamic law from the perspective of maqāṣid al-syarī'ah. Meanwhile, the data analysis uses inductive qualitative data analysis. The data analysis technique used in this research uses the Milles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.  The results of this study concluded that the rights and obligations in their marriage have not been fully fulfilled and still require further efforts to achieve balance and harmony in the family. This is due to economic limitations, emotional distress, and social pressure due to the stigma of married by accident. The fulfillment of rights and obligations in maqāṣid al-syarī'ah analysis in the aspect of hifz an-nasl has not been fully achieved, due to imbalances in childcare roles, conflicts between spouses, and the impact of an unfavorable social environment. The fulfillment of hifz an-nafs in the movie “Dua Hati Biru” has also not been fully fulfilled because Bima and Dara still have difficulties in maintaining mental health and controlling each other's emotions. While in hifz al-mal it has been fulfilled because of the existence of cooperative communication and good agreements in facing economic challenges.
