This study aims to determine the diversity of Echinoderms on Sundak Beach, Gunungkidul, develop an e-encyclopedia of Echinoderm diversity as a learning medium and determine the quality of the Echinoderm e-encyclopedia as a biology learning medium. Echinoderm diversity research is a type of descriptive quantitative research in the form of a description of the data that has been found with a very clear explanation. Product development research includes Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE development model which is limited to the development stage. Echinoderms found on Sundak Beach, Gunungkidul consist of 3 classes, 5 families, and 10 species. The E-Encyclopedia was developed using Canva software. The E-Encyclopedia that has been developed was then validated with assessment instruments including validation questionnaire sheets and student response questionnaires. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis techniques which are then converted into quantitative data. The e-encyclopedia assessment was conducted by 1 media expert, 1 material expert, 1 biology teacher, and 18 grade X students of SMA N 1 Banguntapan. From the validity test of the material expert, the results were 0.94 very high validity and 1.08 very high reliability, while the media expert obtained results of 0.78 high validity and 1.06 very high reliability, indicating that the product is said to be feasible because it is valid and reliable. The validity test by the teacher obtained results of 0.90 very high validity and 1.06 very high reliability, while the students obtained results of 0.522 validity and 0,76 high reliability, indicating that the product is practical to use because it is valid and reliable. The E-Encyclopedia of Echinodermata on Sundak Beach, Gunungkidul is declared feasible and practical to use as a biology learning medium.
