The level of income inequality in several provinces in Indonesia is still relatively high and requires government attention to reduce the problem. Several empirical studies have shown that there are many factors that influence the level of income inequality in a country, including education, population, and minimum wage. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of education, population, and minimum wage on the level of income inequality in 34 provinces of Indonesia in 2020-2023. The method used is panel data regression analysis through the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach. The results of the study show that education have a negative but insignificant effect on the level of income inequality, total population have a negative and significant effect on the level of income inequality, while the minimum wage has a significant positive effect on the level of income inequality. %K Tingkat Ketimpangan Pendapatan.
