Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis reveals that effective persuasive communication is supported by six key indicators: persuader, persuadee, persuasive message, persuasive communication channel, feedback, and the effect of persuasive communication. Teachers play a crucial role as persuaders and role models capable of delivering persuasive messages that are relevant and applicable. Students, as persuadees, exhibit openness fostered by trust and emotional connections with their teachers. Persuasive messages are designed to be engaging and practical, while varied communication channels, including technology, enhance message reach. Student feedback serves as an evaluation and reinforcement mechanism, resulting in positive outcomes such as the achievement of individual and class-wide character education targets. This study highlights the significance of persuasive communication as a primary approach in character education, offering practical implications for teachers' professional development.
