"Bullying can occur anywhere, including in several vocational schools in Banyuwangi Regency. With the prevalence of these cases, researchers are interested in knowing more widely about the role of Islamic religious education teachers in overcoming bullying cases in schools, this study aims to find out the causes of school bullying behavior that occurs in several vocational schools in Banyuwangi district, and this study explains the strategies and contributions of religious education teachers in overcoming school bullying cases in several vocational schools in Banyuwangi Regency.\r\nThis study uses a qualitative method with the type of field research, because this research uses data from the field directly, through observation in the school environment being studied, then interviews with PAI teachers, BK teachers, and students who can provide information to the researcher, and documentation to document activities related to the research. Data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing data, displaying data and drawing a conclusion.\r\nThe findings of this study show that the causes of bullying behavior in several vocational schools in Banyuwangi district include: Not knowing the limits or Excessive in joking, misunderstandings, Shortcomings, Lack of education about anti-bullying, Use of social media, Lack of supervision, Feeling weak or irritable, Not optimistic or not having confidence, Physical weakness, Family faktors, Arrogance or the nature of feeling strong, The presence of a backward person (dekengan), Low religious understanding, Social media, Flirting, Cynical or unpleasant glances, Posture or body shape, Solidarity with group friends, Weak faith, Bad habits, Mental health, Revenge. In dealing with bullying PAI teachers use steps such as: Taking a personal approach, Providing advice, Providing direction in resolving conflicts, Providing insight and advice through religious materials, Providing assistance and counseling, Providing activities to develop social skills, Collaborating with other schools, Communicating with parents, Collaborating with teachers or school staff, Collaborating with security, Implementing punishment according to school policy, Providing educational sanctions, Monitoring. By implementing this strategy, PAI teachers contribute to bullying in schools, including: Understanding and identifying behaviors, Providing insight and motivation or advice through religious materials, Providing mentoring and counseling, Providing activities to develop social skills, Providing education about bullying, Collaborating with school staff and parents, Enforcing consistent discipline, Monitoring.\r\nKeywords: Teacher Contribution, Islamic Religious Education, Bullying,"^^ .
