Ag. %T INTERNALISASI NILAI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DALAM MEMBENTUK SIKAP RELIGIUS GURU DI SMP GLOBAL ISLAMIC SCHOOL 3 YOGYAKARTA %X The main background of this research highlights the importance of forming a religious attitude in every teacher in Indonesia. In this context, every educational institution needs to instill the values of religious education through a policy and activities carried out by all teachers in order to help the religious attitude of each individual teacher in school. The purpose of this study is to determine the values, the process of internalisation and the impact of internalisation of Islamic education values in shaping the religious attitude of teachers at Junior High Global Islamic School 3 Yogyakarta. The type of research used is qualitative. Data collection methods used observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using a descriptive qualitative approach with an interactive model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) The values of Islamic education that are internalized in shaping the religious attitude of teachers at Junior High Global Islamic School 3 Yogyakarta are Aqidah values, Worship values, and Akhlaq values. 2) The process of internalizing the value of Aqidah through: a. Implementation of the pledge reading program, b. Internalization of Islamic values in learning, c. Religious guidance, d. Celebration of Islamic holidays, e. Celebration of Islamic holidays, e. Celebration of Islamic holidays, e. Celebration of Islamic holidays. Celebration of Islamic holidays, e. Display of the school environment and classrooms and e. Friday prayers in congregation. The process of internalizing the value of worship through: a. Tasmi' jamai' activities, b. Making male teachers as imams of congregational prayers, c. Mentoring students to read the Qur'an and d. Implementation of tilawah during gatherings. Implementation of recitation during the assembly. The process of internalizing the value of Akhlaq through: a. Activities to welcome the arrival of students, b. Women's activities and c. Exemplary in speech and behavior. 3) The implications are: a. Through the cultivation of aqidah values, teachers become stronger in faith, obey religious orders and carry out each of their duties in accordance with existing procedures at school and based on Islamic teachings. So that a religious attitude is formed in the teacher as an individual who has piety, meditation, tawakkal and ta'at. b. Through the cultivation of the value of worship, teachers are more active in participating in worship activities, and are sensitive to every worship activity carried out. So that a religious attitude is formed in the teacher as an individual who is devoted, has insight, tawakkal and ta'at. c. Through the cultivation of the value of akhlaq, a religious attitude is formed in teachers as individuals who are civilized, devoted, tawakkal and ta'at.
