The background to this research is the desire to understand in depth how the implementation of the independent curriculum influences various aspects in madrasas, including the learning process, student character development, and parent participation. Therefore, this research aims to identify and analyze the impact of implementing the independent curriculum at MIS Al-Hadi II Bangunjiwo, Bantul, including positive impacts, negative impacts, direct impacts, indirect impacts, or challenges that arise. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Research subjects were determined through non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling based on 3M criteria, namely knowing, experiencing and understanding the research topic. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, in validating the data, researchers used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The research results show that the implementation of the independent curriculum at MIS Al-Hadi II was carried out with thorough preparation, including teacher training, curriculum development, and collaboration with stakeholders. This curriculum focuses on developing local and global vocational skills through an innovative approach, allowing students to master relevant skills for the world of work, as well as developing characters such as discipline and creativity. Positive impacts can be seen in increasing motivation, quality of learning, and character formation through the P5 Project. However, challenges such as limited facilities and teacher readiness remain. Continuous mentoring and evaluation play an important role in improving the learning process and adapting the curriculum to student needs.} }
