MAN 2 Sleman, through its Disability Service Unit (ULD), has successfully addressed these challenges by providing specialized services for students with disabilities. The ULD not only ensures access to inclusive education but also supports students with disabilities in achieving success, particularly in the non academic field. This research aims to analyze the strategic management implemented by MAN 2 Sleman to cultivate high-achieving students with disabilities, particularly in non academic achievements. This study employs a descriptive analytical qualitative approach. Informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques, including the principal, ULD coordinator, special education teachers, compensatory teachers, and students with disabilities. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis utilized the theory of Matthew, Miles, and Saldana, which includes data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. To ensure data validity, the researcher employed source triangulation. The research findings reveal that: (1) ULD Programs to enhance the non academic achievements of students with disabilities include mandatory compensatory services such as IT for disabilities and Braille Qur?an programs. Supporting programs involve extracurricular activities in research and writing, music, sports, and talent and interest scouting programs. (2) Strategic Management for enhancing non academic achievements in the ULD at MAN 2 Sleman involves strategy formulation during annual work meetings to design programs tailored to the needs of students with disabilities. Strategy implementation includes various steps, such as assessments to identify students? potential and needs, talent and interest exploration, intensive mentoring, collaboration with external parties, teacher training, and planned implementation of non academic programs. Strategy evaluation is conducted monthly through official meetings, monitoring students? talents and interests to assess their achievements in various non academic fields, and conducting disability parenting sessions every semester. (3) Key Success Factors in enhancing the non academic achievements of students with disabilities at ULD MAN 2 Sleman include inclusive school policies, motivation, planning and strategy, independence and discipline, and social support.
