The purpose of this research is to understand, describe, and analyze the influence of self-acceptance on the spiritual development of transgender students, as well as to identify the internal and external factors that influence it. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews with relevant subjects, and documentation. The results of this study show that the self-acceptance of transgender students is realized through awareness of identity, recognition of self-potential, and the supportive environment of the pesantren. This process significantly impacts spiritual development, such as increased discipline in worship, reflection on the meaning of life, and strengthening the relationship with God. Internal factors include self-awareness and life experiences, while external factors involve the affirmative role of the pesantren environment and social support from family and the community. Religious activities (study groups, Quran recitation, congregational prayers) and capacity-building training serve as a means of integrating gender identity with spirituality.} }
