%X The woman leadership has always been a polemic, whereas the hadits used is the same hadits. Therefore, there are some questions about the hadits interpretation, the question was how could that one hadits arise many interpretations. This research is alibrary research with the thematic hadits approach. The collection of data that concerning of the women‟s leadership used the application called al-maktabah asy- syamilah. The data analysis used is content analysis or often called by takhrij hadits analysis with the socio, historical, and contextual approaches. The result in this research was found two point of view from the textualists and the contextualists. The conclusion are, the textualist said that according to the hadith women are not allowed to lead. Meanwhile, the contextualist said that according to the hadith too, the women are allowed to lead, domestic nor public.
