However, it was found that 30.4\% of influencers have been diagnosed with a mental health disorder with 76.5\% of them being YouTubers. This is due to the changing algorithms, social stigma, and negative comments. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-expression and psychological well-being in nano and micro-influencers. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The research subjects were influencers with less than 100,000 followers on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter, who upload content at least once a week and use real or recognizable identities. Data was collected using a questionnaire with an accidental sampling method and then analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed that the major hypothesis (H1) was accepted, with a value of F (1, 151) = 73894; p {\ensuremath{<}} 0.001; R? = 0.329. This means that self-disclosure explains 32.9\% of the variation in psychological well-being. In addition, the minor hypothesis (H2) was also accepted, with a regression coefficient of 0.268, indicating a positive relationship between self-disclosure and psychological well-being. Thus, any increase in self-disclosure is followed by an increase in psychological well-being.} }
