The growing culture in the fandom is shipping and Shippers. Shippers always connect idols' activities and interactions as if they have a relationship with each other. Activities, issues, or rumors related to their idols are always discussed by shippers through Instagram to exchange opinions or equalize opinions. @squishynominct's Instagram account is a shipping fanbase that pairs idol Jeno and idol Jaemin, who are known to be in a romantic relationship (boys love). This study aims to find out the perception of Yogyakarta Muslim K-Popers regarding shipping on Instagram accounts @Squishynominct The approach in this research is qualitative descriptive. The methods used are interviews and documentation. This research uses persp theory with 3 formation processes according to Alex Sobur, namely selection, interpretation and reaction. The results of this study show that at the selection stage, fans consciously choose the most interesting and relevant shipping content for them influenced by various factors, both internal and external. Internal factors include feelings, prejudices, attention (focus) and needs, and external factors include Intensistas and Information obtained. In the interpretation stage, fans give a deep meaning to the interaction between the idols they ship. The reaction stage is a duality of perception and cognitive dissonance, fans experience inner conflicts in responding to shipping. On the one hand, it accepts shipping content as entertainment. On the other hand, refusing shipping because it is not in accordance with the religious and social values adhered to.} }
