abstract: This research wants to dig deeper into corporate governance, environmental performance, profitability and its influence on company value with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a moderating variable. The object of this research is the IDX-MES-BUMN 17 company in 2017-2023 with a sample size of 7 companies. The number of observations used was 17 observations. The type of data used is panel data with data processing using EViews-12 software. Panel data regression analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that corporate governance variables have a significant positive effect on company value, environmental performance and profitability do not have a significant effect on company value. Furthermore, in the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test, CSR was unable to moderate the relationship between corporate governance, environmental performance and profitability on company value.
