Where teenagers are experiencing a period of significant growth and development, the impact on the family, school, and environment where they live, both at home and in the dormitory, does not rule out the possibility of a child not acting negatively. This study uses a qualitative research type with a social psychology approach. The social psychology approach is an approach that studies the experiences and behavior of individuals in relation to the social environment. In short, the social psychology approach is to make human behavior the object of study. The results of the research show: 1) The psychological condition of students who violate the rules and regulations in the dormitory, namely: a) Students are bored with activities in the dormitory, b) Students commit violations as a necessity, c) Students are lazy about the rules in the dormitory, d) Students are tired of the rules and activities in the dormitory, e) Students consider the rules in the dormitory to be illogical, and f) Student want freedom. 2) Forms of strengthening self regulation in students who violate the rules and regulations in the dormitory, namely: a) Making a schedule of daily activities in the dormitory, b) Feeling that self awareness is important, c) Instilling the mindset that time is money, d) Remembering the main goal to be achieved, e) Fighting laziness, f) Asking friends for help to avoid breaking the rules, g) Not breaking the same rules twice, h) The influence of internal and eksternal factors, i) The influence of punishment and reward, and j) Aware and care for yourself and the environment. 3) There are similarities and differences in the habituation process in strengthening self-regulation where 3 research subjects (Kayla, Zahwa and Aqila) have an easy habituation process in strengthening self-regulation, while 2 research subjects (Ulya and Devika) have a moderate habituation process in strengthening self-regulation (not easy but also not difficult), then 4 research subjects (Fariha, Nada, Nadzifa and Miyka) have a difficult habituation process in strengthening self-regulation. %Z Dr. Suhadi Cholil, S.Ag., M.A
