This results in the emergence of various student character problems such as disrespect, lack of discipline, dishonesty and so on. Therefore, education is needed that is able to improve the character education of students. The curriculum has an important role in the success of educational goals, namely producing students who have moral character. However, in implementing Strengthening Character Education (PPK) there are various obstacles, including a lack of understanding by educators regarding the essence and techniques of character teaching. This research aims to find out how the implementation of Islamic boarding school integrative curriculum management in strengthening character education at MAS Al-Azhar Muaro Bungo Jambi and to find its strengths and weaknesses. It is to provide benefits to readers, especially heads of institutions, in implementing Islamic boarding school integrative curriculum management in strengthening character education so that it is implemented effectively and so that it can become a reference for other educational institutions in developing a curriculum that is more dynamic and in line with community needs This research is qualitative research with the type of field research. Data collection techniques use interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis technique that the author uses is the Miles and Huberman analysis method, namely reduction, presentation, and verification. Meanwhile, testing the validity of the data uses source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of the research describe how the implementation of Islamic boarding school integrative curriculum management in strengthening character education at MAS Al-Azhar Muaro Bungo. The implementation of integrative curriculum management at Diniyyah Al-Azhar Muaro Bungo supports strengthening character education. The stages are: (1) planning includes intensive provision to all stakeholders followed by regular training; (2) organizing by means of a clear division of tasks based on the direct policies of the Islamic boarding school administrators; (3) implementation based on foundation autonomy; (4) periodic evaluation namely monthly evaluation, Mid-Semester Summative (STS), Final Semester Summative (SAS) and using evaluation guidelines known as DIAZ domain. The main strength of Islamic boarding school integrative curriculum management in strengthening character education at MAS Diniyyah Al-Azhar Muaro Bungo show in the implementation of a comprehensive curriculum and the active participation of the school community in supporting character education. However, the weaknesses found include limited resources and facilities that affect the quality of implementation and variability in teacher implementation of the curriculum.
