Technological developments have also penetrated the field of early childhood education. Therefore, educators must innovate in learning, as well as the role of parents who are very crucial in parenting. The growth and development of early childhood is expected to take place well. However, in fact there are several problems in the growth and development of children such as speech delay disorders. Children's language and speech abilities are a representation of other aspects of development. So this study aims to: (1) Describe the process of developing interactive video media "Ruang Cerita" (2) Find out the practicality of interactive video media "Ruang Cerita" (3) Find out the effectiveness of interactive video media "Ruang Cerita". This research and development uses the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The subjects of the study were 5 children with speech delays with an age range of 3-5 years without any accompanying disorders. The test subjects were 3 instrument validators, 3 material validators and 3 media validators. The data were obtained through observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation methods. Qualitative data acquisition was analyzed using techniques proposed by Miles and Hubberman. Furthermore, quantitative data in the form of media validity and practicality tests were analyzed using Aiken's V. Furthermore, effectiveness tests using one group pretest and posttest design were analyzed using N-Gain and T-test. The results of the research and development showed that: (1) The interactive video media "Ruang Cerita" can be categorized as a feasible/valid media with an index of 0.89 for material assessment and 0.91 for media assessment. (2) The practicality of the interactive video media "Ruang Cerita" received a score of 0.97 with the interpretation of "very practical" (3) The interactive video media "Ruang Cerita" was declared quite effective for increasing vocabulary and stimulating speech abilities in children with speech delay with an N-Gain Score index of 0.6 or 66%. The results of the paired sample t-test obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, so it was stated that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest values.
