The case was triggered by a collaboration between the Pamekasan Regency Communication and Informatics Office and the Madura Customs Office. The case involved the utilization of Tobacco Excise Revenue Sharing Funds (DBHCHT). The focus of this research is: How does the communication strategy of the Pamekasan Communication and Informatics Office restore public trust in the tobacco excise case? The purpose of this study is to analyze the communication strategy of the Pamekasan Communication and Informatics Office in restoring public trust in the tobacco excise case.
