This can be seen from the strong banking liquidity and sharia banking capital which continues to increase every year. This development is supported by increased performance and workload. Increasing levels of workload can cause burnout in employees. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the causes of burnout caused by work environment workload and social support. The research sample consisted of 32 employees of BPRS Al-Mabrur Klaten. The results of this research showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on burnout, the work environment had a negative and significant relationship with burnout and social support had a positive and significant effect on burnout.} }
