"College students who participate in organisations have a higher risk of experiencing academic\r\nburnout. This is because students who are involved in organizations have more academic\r\nworkloads when compared to students who do not participate in organisations. This study aims\r\nto determine the relationship between self-efficacy and hardiness to academic burnout in\r\nstudents who participate in organisations. This research method uses quantitative correlation.\r\nThe sample in this study were students from both social and science clumps who participated\r\nin extracurricular organisations and attending universities in Yogyakarta. The sampling was\r\naccidental sampling technique. Total sample in the research was 142 college students. The\r\nresearch instruments used were MBI-SS, General Self-Efficacy Scale, and Hardiness Scale.\r\nData analysis using multiple linear regression techniques assisted by using Jamovi software\r\nVersion 2.6.13. The results showed that the major hypothesis was accepted, meaning that there\r\nis a relationship between self-efficacy and hardiness with academic burnout. Then, the results\r\nshowed that the independent variables of self-efficacy and hardiness significantly influenced\r\nacademic burnout partially. The coefficient of determination analysis indicates that 27,9% of\r\nacademic burnout students involved in organizations can be explained by self-efficacy and\r\nhardiness variables. Therefor, it is hoped that students who take part in organisations can\r\nincrease self-efficacy and hardiness in order to avoid academic burnout."^^ . "2025-01-31" . . . .
