Although transparency is a pillar of good governance, there is still a gap where the lack of accessibility of adequate party financial information for the public and reliance on manual procedures that are vulnerable to potential misuse of funds. Therefore, the problems in this study are why digital-based party fund management is needed to increase transparency and accountability of political parties and how the regulatory framework can accommodate the digitalization. To answer these problems, a type of library research is used with a normative juridical approach, which combines a statute approach and a case approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by analyzing legal documents in the form of legislation and observing the publication of party financial information on the official website. The results showed that digital-based political party fund management is not only urgent to realize transparency, but also to increase accountability in the management of public funds. It is necessary to standardize financial reports by requiring political parties to use Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) 35 so that the financial reports of political parties are uniform and the publication of financial reports must be carried out on each political party's official website to encourage transparency and accountability. The ideal article in Indonesian legislation should include the obligation of political parties to publish financial reports openly through digital platforms that can be accessed by the public periodically starting from the planning, implementation and reporting stages, and establish strict sanctions for political parties that violate these provisions. Thus, the digitalization of political party fund management is expected to create a cleaner and more credible democratic system in Indonesia. %Z Syaifullahil Maslul, M.H.
