Podcasts, with their flexible format and accessibility, have become a relevant choice. The production and publication of Podkabs (Podcast Kabinet) serve as an effective medium for government communication. To sustain active engagement{--}characterized by consistent following and interaction with the presented content{--}Cyber Public Relations (Cyber PR) becomes essential. This study explores the implementation of Cyber PR strategies by Setkab based on Aprinta's, which includes Online Publication, Social Media, and Online Community, and their impact on engagement. These strategies are analyzed through the lens of Strauss and Frost's three pillars: Content Engagement, Media Engagement, and Engagement Marketing Activities. Using a qualitative methodology, data were collected through in-depth interviews, content analysis, and observations of interactions across digital platforms. The findings highlight that Setkab leverages tailored content strategies, dynamic social media interactive content, such as the ?Teka-Teki Setkab? on Instagram, and proactive online community engagement to maintain relevance and foster interaction. Innovative practices, such as short-form content, collaborations with public figure, and the use of analytics, such as engagement rates, audience sentiment, and demographics, are used to adjust strategies to stay relevant to audience needs and further strengthen engagement. The study concludes that Cyber PR significantly contributes to enhancing engagement and modernizing government communication.} }
