%T PENGARUH KOMITE RISIKO TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR PERBANKAN DI INDONESIA DENGAN KONEKSI POLITIK SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
%X This study examines the influence of political connections and risk committees on the financial performance of Indonesian banking (2019-2023) using multivariate regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA). Data from annual reports on www.idx.co.id or company websites were analyzed. Results show that risk committee independence, size, meeting frequency, and dual roles have no significant impact, while member qualifications negatively affect performance. However, political connections with highly qualified members improve performance through risk management. Female representation negatively impacts performance, likely due to tokenism. The study recommends expanding research to other sectors and further investigating the role of women in risk committees.
