The method used in this study was a total sampling with a population of 33 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires using the Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 30. Research results show that job boredom have a positive and significant effect on employee cyberloafing behavior at BSI KCP Pangkalan Bun. On the other hand, job stress, organizational climate variables and self-control showed no significant effect on cyberloafing behavior. These findings provide important insight for management in understanding the factors that influence cyberloafing behavior and can be used as a basis for designing work boredom management strategies in the sharia banking environment.} }
