This study uses quantitative methods and panel data regression analysis to analyze financial stability in 10 Islamic banks and 10 conventional banks in Indonesia during the period 2019-2023 with a total of 400 financial reports and processed with STATA 17 software. The results of this study indicate that the financial stability of Islamic banks is influenced by internal factors, namely credit risk, operational risk, market risk, capital adequacy and firm size. The stability of conventional banks is influenced by internal factors, namely credit risk, operational risk, market risk and external factors (BI Rate).
