The sampling technique in this research used a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this research uses structural analysis using Smart PLS software. The results of this research show that coaching, career development, and feedback have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Goal setting does not significantly moderate the relationship between career development and employee performance. However, goal setting significantly strengthens the influence of feedback and coaching on employee performance, with feedback having the strongest influence.} }
