The sampling technique in this research used a questionnaire. The data analysis method in this research uses structural analysis using Smart PLS software. The results of this research show that coaching, career development, and feedback have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Goal setting does not significantly moderate the relationship between career development and employee performance.
