Despite this growth, enhancing employee performance remains a key challenge. This study investigates how job insecurity, work environment, and work-life balance influence the performance of employees at KB Bank Syariah in Yogyakarta and Solo. Using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that these three factors jointly have a significant impact on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 9.255 and a significance level of 0.000. The t-test results reveal that job insecurity negatively affects employee performance (-0.631), while both work environment and work-life balance positively influence it, with coefficients of 0.465 and 0.397, respectively. These findings indicate that reducing job insecurity improves performance, while fostering a supportive work environment and maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life boosts productivity. This research aims to provide practical insights for KB Bank Syariah?s management in developing policies that enhance employee well-being and performance, while also contributing to the academic literature on performance factors in the Islamic banking sector.
