%X The development of game streamers economically shows a significant  contribution to the creative and digital industries, where game streamers income comes  from various sources such as donations, sponsorships, advertisements, and audience  subscriptions. However, this phenomenon raises confusion regarding the status of zakat  on the game streamer's income, especially in the perspective of Islamic law and Zakat  Law No. 23 of 2011. This study aims to analyze normatively and juridically the status of  game streamer income as an object of maal zakat.  This research uses qualitative research methods with the type of field  research. This research is descriptive analytic, which is a method that describes by  providing a description of an event, then analyzed according to actual data using the  theory of zakat, game streamers, and taxes.  The results show that game streamer income can be categorized as an object of zakat  al-mal al-mustafad if it has reached nisab and haul. However, there are challenges in  its application, such as the absence of specific regulations governing digital professions  as mandatory zakat subjects.
