The purpose of this study is to assess the effect of women's leadership and the performance of student association administrators on the satisfaction of physics education students at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of 83 students was reviewed through total sampling, namely the entire population became the research sample. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires. Before analyzing the data, researchers conducted validity and reliability tests first and then analyzed the data using the classical assumption test, descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Data processing using the IBM SPSS Statistics version 27 application. The results of the t-test value of the female leadership variable obtained a calculated t-value of 1.711 greater than the t-table value of 1.664, with a significance probability value of 0.091 greater than 0.05. The conclusion is that there is no positive effect of female leadership on student satisfaction, so H01 is accepted and Ha1 is rejected at a significance level of 0.05. The t value of the student association board performance variable of -2.082 is greater than the t table of 1.664, but because the significance value of 0.041 is less than 0.05, then H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, the conclusion is that there is a negative effect of student association board performance on student satisfaction. This means that in the t-test the variables that have a significant effect are only the performance variables of the student association management. Furthermore, the results of the f test for the simultaneous influence of variables X1 and X2 on student satisfaction, are f count 224.729 greater than f table 3.10, then simultaneously X1 and X2 have a simultaneous effect on Y, so H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. For the determination value of 84.5%, the student satisfaction variable can be explained by the female leadership variable and the performance of the student association management. The remaining 15.5% is explained by other variables unknown in this regression analysis. date: 2025-03-07 date_type: published pages: 156 institution: UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA department: FAKULTAS ILMU TARBIYAH DAN KEGURUAN thesis_type: skripsi thesis_name: other citation: Hasriyah F, NIM.: 21104090067 (2025) PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN PEREMPUAN DAN KINERJA PENGURUS HIMPUNAN MAHASISWA TERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA PENDIDIKAN FISIKA FAKULTAS ILMU TARBIYAH DAN KEGURUAN UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA.
