"This study aims to explore the role of Nurul 'Ashri Deresan mosque as a\r\ncenter of community empowerment in supporting Islamic values-based family\r\neducation. This study specifically aims to determine the policies and programs of\r\nthe mosque management as a medium for family education, examine the Family\r\nAcademy program as a medium for family education, describe the results of the\r\nFamily Academy program in family education and identify obstacles in the Family\r\nAcademy program.\r\nThis research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of field\r\nresearch. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation\r\nby utilizing primary and secondary data. The research subjects were selected based\r\non the role of the informants in the Family Academy program, while the data\r\ntriangulation technique was used to verify the validity of the data. The data analysis\r\ntechnique used in this research is thematic analysis with the help of the NVivo\r\napplication.\r\nThe results showed that Nurul 'Ashri mosque plays a strategic role as a\r\ncenter of community empowerment with a focus on family education. In its\r\nimplementation, this mosque integrates the values of prophetic social theory,\r\nnamely transcendence (faith), humanization (knowledge), and liberation (charity),\r\ninto its policies and programs. Programs such as the Premarital School, Family\r\nAcademy, Mental First, and other social activities are concrete evidence of the\r\napplication of prophetic values to answer the challenges of modern families within\r\nthe framework of Islam which is rahmatan lil'alamin. In particular, the Family\r\nAcademy program is an effective medium in Islamic values-based family\r\neducation. Analysis of the materials, methods and classes held shows that this\r\nprogram contains three main aspects of prophetic social theory, namely\r\ntranscendence humanization, and liberation. The program has a positive impact in\r\nforming a family that is not only socially strong but also spiritual. For unmarried\r\nparticipants, the program helps prepare themselves to enter married life. While for\r\nthose who are married, the program provides new ways to maintain household\r\nharmony, improve communication and educate children wisely. However, this\r\nstudy also found obstacles faced by program managers and participants. These\r\nobstacles include the assessment of success indicators, technical constraints such as\r\nsignal and time constraints. These findings serve as evaluation materials for future\r\nprogram development. By integrating prophetic values, Nurul 'Ashri mosque shows\r\nthat the mosque can be an effective and sustainable center for family education and\r\nempowerment."^^ . "2025-01-31" . . . .
