This research aims to (1) Produce STEAM-Based LKPD to Improve Students' Critical and Creative Thinking Skills in Learning Social Science in Class IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma-A, arif Sembego Yogyakarta, (2) To Obtain STEAM-Based LKPD to Improve Students' Critical and Creative Thinking Skills in Learning Social Science in Class IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah MI- Ma?arif Sembego Yogyakarta, (3) ) To Obtain STEAM-Based LKPD to Improve Students' Critical and Creative Thinking Skills in Learning Social Science in Class IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah MI- Ma?Arif Sembego Yogyakarta which is effective. This research is a research and development (Research and Development) design of this research using the ADDIE development model developed by Robert Maribe Braceh which consists of five stages of research, namely: Analysis, Designe, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The location of this research was conducted at MI Ma-A'arif Sembego Yogyakarta, with a sample of 51 respondents. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests and documentation. The results of this study showed that: the results of the validation of linguists obtained a score of 89.23\% with a very valid category, the validation of material experts obtained a score of 95.29\% with a very valid category and the validation of design experts obtained a score of 90\% with a very valid category, the value of the students' response of implementation 1 was 98.78\% and implementation 2 was 98.66\% with a very feasible category. The results of the effectiveness test of STEAM-Based LKPD to Improve Students' Critical and Creative Thinking Skills in Learning Science Based on the pretest and posttest scores of students using the N-Gain test are (g)? 0.66 It can be said that the STEAM-Based LKPD to Improve Students' Critical and Creative Thinking Skills in Learning Science at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is effective to be used in learning.} }
