A holistic approach develops learners holistically, covering academic, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects. MI Nurul Ulum Character Bojonegoro implements the 9 Pillars of Character through activities such as religious habituation, mutual cooperation, and parental involvement. This research aims to develop a management model based on a holistic approach to improve the quality of education and the character of students. The results are expected to be a reference for other schools in integrating character education. This research is a qualitative descriptive analysis with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. For data analysis techniques, there are several steps, namely data condensation, data presentation, then verification and conclusion drawn. Meanwhile, the validity of the data is checked using credibility and transferability. The results of this study describe the first, management based on a holistic approach at MI Nurul Ulum Character Bojonegoro in the form of planning is formulate a vision and mission, carried out by compiling lesson plans based on the 9 Pillars of character collaboratively, using interactive media, and a structured annual curriculum. Organizing involves synergy between teachers, students, and parents to ensure shared responsibility. The implementation integrates character values in teaching and learning activities and daily activities. Supervision is carried out through periodic evaluations, including input from parents. Second, this approach improves academic achievement, learning motivation, social skills, and a positive culture in schools, creating a generation of academic and moral superiority.
