This research aims to examine strengthening the character of students in the student teacher program at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Campus 2, the implementation and problems of strengthening the character of students in the student teacher program and the role of student teachers in strengthening the character of female students at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Campus 2. This research uses qualitative methods with phenomenological, sociological and psychological approaches. The research subjects were selected purposively, including care staff, KMI staff, 12 ustadzah and 6 female students at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Campus 2. Data collection techniques were carried out using semi-structured interviews, documentation and participant observation, then analyzed using the stages of data condensation, data presentation/display, and drawing conclusions or verification. Test the validity of the data using extended observations, increasing persistence, source triangulation, technical triangulation, and using reference materials. The results of the research concluded that: first, the desain of the Student Teacher Program in an effort to strengthen the character of students at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Putri Campus 2 was carried out in 5 components, namely: objectives, structure, methods, qualifications and evaluation components. Second, the implementation of the Student Teacher Service Program in Strengthening the Character of Students at Pondok Modern Darussalm Gontor Putri Campus 2 with 3 channels: planning and implementation, documentation and reporting, and sustainability. The problems faced are first, over quantity (too many female students), second, the family background of the female students, third, the lack of appreciation of the values of the boarding school. The efforts made to deal with the problem of character strengthening are: first, establishing an among system, second, a system of approaches both structural and non-structural, third, providing an understanding of the boarding school's philosophy and forming habits and role models. Third, strengthening the character of students in the student teacher program provides a positive role in strengthening the character of female students with specifications in 3 characters, namely Disciplined, Visionary and Active.} }
