"This study aims to test the hypothesis of the variables\r\nManagerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership,\r\nIndependent Board of Commissioners, Gender Diversity, by\r\nincluding the variables of Company Size and Profitability as\r\ncontrol variables on Company Value. The independent\r\nvariables in this study are Managerial Ownership,\r\nInstitutional Ownership, Independent Board of\r\nCommissioners, Gender Diversity and the dependent variable\r\nin this test is Company Value. The objects of examination in\r\nthis study were 13 companies in the consumer goods industry\r\nsector in Indonesia, which were selected as research samples\r\nfor the period 2019-2023. The data used in this study are\r\nsecondary data sourced from the annual financial reports\r\nand GCG reports of each Company in the consumer goods\r\nindustry sector in Indonesia. Panel data analysis technique\r\nwith Eviews12 software. The results of this study indicate that\r\nGood Corporate Governance projected through Managerial\r\nOwnership does not affect Firm Value, Good Corporate\r\nGovernance projected through Institutional Ownership does\r\naffect Firm Value, Good Corporate Governance projected\r\nthrough an independent board of commissioners does not\r\naffect Firm Value and the Gender diversity variable does not\r\naffect Firm Value.
