The independent variables in this study are Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Board of Commissioners, Gender Diversity and the dependent variable in this test is Company Value. The objects of examination in this study were 13 companies in the consumer goods industry sector in Indonesia, which were selected as research samples for the period 2019-2023. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the annual financial reports and GCG reports of each Company in the consumer goods industry sector in Indonesia. Panel data analysis technique with Eviews12 software. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance projected through Managerial Ownership does not affect Firm Value, Good Corporate Governance projected through Institutional Ownership does affect Firm Value, Good Corporate Governance projected through an independent board of commissioners does not affect Firm Value and the Gender diversity variable does not affect Firm Value. And the control variable firm Size has a negative effect on Firm Value and Return on Asset does not affect Firm Value.
