abstract: In today's modern and challenging digital era, many parents feel unprepared or need help understanding the best way to raise children. For this reason, it is necessary to hold a structured and sustainable parenting program so that parents can know the best way to care for their children and parents can implement appropriate and appropriate parenting patterns. At RA Nurul Dzikri Perum Jambusari Indah Wedomartani there is a structured and sustainable parenting program. This research aims to determine the implementation of the parenting program at RA Nurul Dzikri Perum Jambusari Indah Wedomartani.
This research uses a descriptive qualitative type by describing the parenting program and supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the parenting program at RA Nurul Dzikri. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation with research subjects, namely the school principal, class teacher, and parents of students in groups A and B.
The research results show that: first, RA Nurul Dzikri implemented a parenting program which was packaged in the form of Parent Student and Teacher Association meetings (POMG). This POMG is held once a month with different activities at each meeting, such as seminars, parenting outreach from students, psychologist consultations, training, outbound, parent-teacher consultations, and skills activities; The two supporting factors in implementing the parenting program at RA Nurul Dzikri are the interesting material presented, parents' awareness of the importance of parenting, fairly cheap costs, good resource persons, and support from the school. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that parents are busy so only a few people come to POMG meetings
