"The background of this study began with the researcher's interest in the\r\nmanagement of facilities and infrastructure applied in schools and the importance\r\nof learning discipline for a student. This study was conducted with the aim of\r\ndetermining the relationship and magnitude of the relationship between the\r\nmanagement of facilities and infrastructure, student learning discipline and the\r\nresults of learning physical education of students at MAN 1 Boyolali.\r\nThis study is a quantitative study with a correlational study model that aims\r\nto analyze the relationship between the management of facilities and infrastructure\r\nX and the variables of student learning physical education outcomes (Y) when\r\ncontrolled by the variable of student learning discipline (Z) which is based on the\r\nconstructivist theory by Jean Piaget. This study was conducted at MAN 1 Boyolali\r\nwith a sample of 295 students. Sampling was carried out using the stratified random\r\nsampling technique. The independent variable in this study is the management of\r\nfacilities and infrastructure, the dependent variable is the results of student physical\r\neducation learning and the control variable is student learning discipline. The data\r\ncollection method used a questionnaire. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques with\r\ndescriptive statistics to determine the composition of the sample, frequency\r\ndistribution of data and cross tables, and inferential statistics to determine the\r\nrelationship and magnitude of the relationship between variables X, Y and Z.\r\nThe analysis conducted was bivariate and partial correlation test and\r\nmultiple linear regression test. The results of the comparison between the bivariate\r\ncorrelation coefficient between X and Y with the partial correlation coefficient\r\nbetween X and Y and Z showed a coefficient of ryx > ryx.z which was 0.507 > 0.237.\r\nThis result is supported by a regression analysis which shows that the contribution\r\nof learning discipline in improving learning outcomes is greater than the\r\nmanagement of facilities and infrastructure with a multiple linear regression\r\nequation Y = 16.409 + 0.148X + 1.109Z. The coefficient of determination (R2) is\r\n0.689, meaning that the variability of PJOK learning outcomes can be explained\r\nby the variability of management of facilities and infrastructure and student\r\nlearning discipline by 68.9%.
