MA. abstract: The background of this study began with the researcher's interest in the management of facilities and infrastructure applied in schools and the importance of learning discipline for a student. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship and magnitude of the relationship between the management of facilities and infrastructure, student learning discipline and the results of learning physical education of students at MAN 1 Boyolali. This study is a quantitative study with a correlational study model that aims to analyze the relationship between the management of facilities and infrastructure X and the variables of student learning physical education outcomes (Y) when controlled by the variable of student learning discipline (Z) which is based on the constructivist theory by Jean Piaget. This study was conducted at MAN 1 Boyolali with a sample of 295 students. Sampling was carried out using the stratified random sampling technique. The independent variable in this study is the management of facilities and infrastructure, the dependent variable is the results of student physical education learning and the control variable is student learning discipline. The data collection method used a questionnaire. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques with descriptive statistics to determine the composition of the sample, frequency distribution of data and cross tables, and inferential statistics to determine the relationship and magnitude of the relationship between variables X, Y and Z. The analysis conducted was bivariate and partial correlation test and multiple linear regression test. The results of the comparison between the bivariate correlation coefficient between X and Y with the partial correlation coefficient between X and Y and Z showed a coefficient of ryx > ryx.z which was 0.507 > 0.237. This result is supported by a regression analysis which shows that the contribution of learning discipline in improving learning outcomes is greater than the management of facilities and infrastructure with a multiple linear regression equation Y = 16.409 + 0.148X + 1.109Z. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.689, meaning that the variability of PJOK learning outcomes can be explained by the variability of management of facilities and infrastructure and student learning discipline by 68.9%. The remaining 31.1% is explained by other variables that are not being studied in this thesis.
