This increase gave rise to a pre-marriage education program as a supporting response to the problems of marriage managed by the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). Then came community involvement by organizing online pre-marriage education through an online platform. The difference between the two is the tariff for online pre-marriage education but there is no tariff for Bimwin KUA. Interestingly, prospective brides and grooms decide to continue participating in pre-marriage online education even though it is paid, especially Generation Z. Therefore, this study focuses on the reasons for the participants' interest and the urgency of pre-marriage online education in forming a sakinah cellarage among generation Z. This type of research is field research with an empirical approach. The data sources used are primary data derived from the organizers of @Spn.nurulashri and @Mahr.indonesia as well as 12 participants who have followed @Spn.nurulashri and @Mahr.indonesia and belong to generation Z. The secondary data are scientific papers, journals, and books related to the research. The data collection method in this research is through interviews and documentation. The theory used in this research is Social Action Theory to explore the factors of interest of participants in participating in pre-marriage online education and Maqāṣid syarī'ah Theory to analyze the urgency of pre-marriage online education in forming a sakinah family. The results showed that the reasons for participants' interest in participating in pre-marriage online education were influenced by four factors in social action, namely instrumental social action in the form of a rational basis for participation, value in the form of truth value and belief in the positive influence of pre-marriage online education, traditional in the form of encouragement of participation from the environment, and affective in the form of participant enthusiasm. Then the Maqāṣid syarī'ah analysis of the urgency of pre-marriage online education in the formation of a sakinah family among generation Z shows the ability to fulfill based on five principles of protection. First, the urgency of conflict management, fulfillment of livelihood, and reproductive health in the aspect of mental protection. Second, the urgency of family financial management in the aspect of property protection. Third, the urgency of pregnancy readiness and parenting in the aspect of protecting offspring. Fourth, the urgency of knowledge and insight into marriage and flexibility of learning in the aspect of protecting the mind. Fifth, the urgency of divorce prevention in the aspect of religious protection. The shortcomings found are related to the lack of specific exposure to positive legal material on family law in Indonesia. The intervention of positive law in the implementation of online pre-marriage education can represent five aspects of Maqāṣid syarī'ah.
