        abstract = {The practice of nepotism that passed Gibran Rakabuming Raka as Vice Presidential Candidate was hit by the issue of dynasty politics. The results of the Kompas Research and Development Survey on October 16-18, 2023, from 512 respondents in 34 provinces, there were 60.7 who answered Yes, 24.7 who answered No, and 14.6 who answered Don't know/did not answer. From the survey, Gibran's nomination as Vice Presidential Candidate is dynasty politics. Gibran Rakabuming Raka's nomination as Vice Presidential Candidate has raised pros and cons. This has become a major concern for the media during the election process. One of the media that criticized Gibran Rakabuming Raka's nomination was majalah.temp.co. Several news titles related to Gibran as a vice presidential candidate tended to be against. Therefore, the formulation of the research problem is how majalah.tempo.co frames the nomination of Gibran Rakabuming Raka as Vice President. This study uses framing analysis theory. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques using the Zhondang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki framing model. The results of the study show that journalists of majalah.tempo.co in compiling facts starting from headlines, leads, background information, source quotes, statements, closings have been chronologically correct. Telling facts in complete news according to the 5W + 1H elements has been fulfilled. Writing news elements is fulfilled completely, so that the facts written have cohesion. Emphasizing facts using images from photos of people, events and illustrations.}
