Secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) were analyzed using panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach to examine the relationship between education infrastructure, health infrastructure, road infrastructure, and HDI. The results indicate that education and health infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on HDI improvement, while road infrastructure does not show a significant impact. Collectively, these three infrastructure variables explain 93.7% of HDI variation. These findings reinforce the importance of investing in education and health infrastructure to promote human development, while also highlighting the need for further evaluation of the effectiveness of road infrastructure in supporting community welfare. Policy recommendations focus on equitable access to education and health services, as well as improving the quality of road infrastructure integrated with economic growth centers. %Z Riswanti Budi Sekaringsih, M.Sc
