The approach used is a mix method, which is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods with a sequential explanatory design. The quantitative research sample was 105 respondents and analyzed through SEM-PLS. Furthermore, five respondents were interviewed to obtain qualitative data analyzed using NVivo 14. The results showed that ownership of halal certificates, innovation capabilities, and business location had a positive and significant effect on the operational performance of halal culinary businesses typical of Ponorogo district. However, social capital and digital transformation have a positive but insignificant effect on the operational performance of halal culinary businesses typical of the Ponorogo district.} }
