        abstract = {Nowadays, online games are loved by almost everyone. In fact, online gaming for some people has become a primary need. The MOBA game genre is one of the most widely competed game genres in E-Sport tournaments. One of the MOBA E-Sports games that is currently on the rise is Honor of Kings. Recently, Cylo E-Sports, an E-sport team from Yogyakarta, participated and won a tournament ?Honor of Kings Super Dazzle Gejayan? which is the first Honor of Kings tournament in Yogyakarta. In gaming, communication plays an important role in achieving good cooperation. So, the purpose of this study is to find out and analyze in depth about interpersonal communication between Cylo E-Sports players in team coordination when playing Honor of Kings. This research uses qualitative research methods with a Grounded Theory approach. The subjects of this research are members of Cylo E-Sports. The results showed that each member of Cylo E-Sports is open in communication, provides empathy to each other, provides supportive attitudes and positive attitudes in communication and carries the concept of equality in communication. Overall, interpersonal communication in the Cylo E-Sports team plays a crucial role in coordination when playing Honor of Kings. Good inter-personal communication proved to be a key factor in their success in achieving victory. Team members who are able to communicate effectively tend to be more solid, adapt more quickly to changing situations and work together harmoniously.}
