The type of data used is quantitative data collected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected from 147 respondents who met the criteria. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 25. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic Branding variable has no effect on consumer E-Loyalty. While the E-Service Quality, Artificial Intelligence Technology, and E-Satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on customer E-Loyalty. This research is expected to provide benefits for the islamic banking industry, especially in terms of improving and activating the performance of islamic mobile banking and from the perspective of Islamic branding of a product and Islamic banking service.
